Depends. If you want to be competing with 'The Last Stand' (which is slated to have a new release within a few months) then Days 2 Die sequel would work.
Otherwise, infectionator/necronator.
I loved your games, especially the infectionator/necronator series, extremely funny.

I enjoy playing your world desctruction based games, Infectonator and Necronator. I think you should make a sequel featuring one of the two, and try to include a form of story for them, such as who you are or why you're doing this. Maybe someone spilled your Root Beer float and didn't appologize, so you're destroying the world for vengence.. or maybe you got a toy science kit and descovered you could turn people into zombies with it, so you're conquering the world in the name of Root Beer. Something like that.
As well, Planetary Conflict sounds like it'd be pretty awesome. I hope to hear a release date soon for it. I got trunk full of ideas if you need any.

You could infect aliens and have alien heroes( like from the Halo series)

I would say Infectonator, if you can find anything new to do with it.
You should add infectonator to the iphone or andriod market.
